This design is part of the 100 intentional designs I am making this year, and it's based on research. I am careful now that every design I am creating has a basis when it comes to trend, what's selling, and what kind of design people are actually looking for in the net.
As a Team Leader myself, the phrase Target Team Member is something I can relate to. This maybe have a different meaning to others but for me, it's directly related to having team members who can wear this design.
I was supposed to create five designs especially that I have three days off for transition however, I wasn't able to because I busied myself finding a house. I will be receiving a large amount from my company, and I want to use that to buy a property. I never thought it's not that easy.
The second day off was spent with my kids. We went to Venice Piazza Mall in BGC Taguig to unwind then we ate at Goldilocks, Market-market. We're not doing it too often, such is the disadvantage of working, you often have no time for your family. That's why we took advantage of the little time we have this week.
